Custom Goods
Customer agrees and understands that all orders are custom, made to order, and are non returnable.
Purchase Orders
Payment must be remitted before pickup. Customer may pick up finished product as late as one week after notification of completion.
Orders not picked up after that period are subject to a warehousing fee of no less than $40/day and no more than $90/day, depending on the size and number of pieces.
Change orders are payable within one week of issuance. If a change order is not paid within one week of issuance, the change order is subject to repricing based on current costs of goods sold.
Kitchen, Bath, or Commercial full cabinet orders and cabinet parts purchase orders over $10,000 USD are subject to terms of 50% deposit, 50% due upon pickup. Deposits are non refundable.
Design Services
Left Coast Cabinets is pleased to provide design services to our customers. Design service fees are included in the total cost of a given purchase order.
However, If a customer elects to commission design services from Left Coast Cabinets, but then decides to either discontinue or pause design services for any length of time longer than 30 days, the design services will be billable at a rate of $750/day
Change Orders
Any change order resulting in more than $1000 difference from the original estimate is subject to an additional deposit of 50% of the change order’s cost.
Received in Good Order
We want to hear from you, the customer if any item shipped to you is damaged in transit, or if workmanship defects are present. We stand behind our product and will correct any of the above issues. However, the customer agrees to communicates said issues within 7 business days. Issues reported past 7 days from customer delivery or pickup are addressed at the sole discretion of Left Coast Cabinets.
Primed Only Orders
Primed only orders will receive 2 coats of primer, unless ordered otherwise. Customer is responsible for post prime scuff before top coating.
